The course will be delivered by South Gloucestershire Playscheme, an accredited training provider specialising in Level 2 Award in Youth Work Principles and Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work Practice courses. It is aimed at new youth workers and youth volunteers who haven’t yet undertaken a level 2 or 3 qualification, as well as those who volunteer with children and young people and want to find out if youth work is for them.

There won’t be any exams or coursework – just group discussions, minimal writing and practical activities!
The course will take place at the Minehead Eye and be delivered over two, 4.5 hour hour sessions on Monday 13 & 20 May from 10am to 3pm. Attendees will be required to attend both sessions.
