Monthly Meeting: Social Prescribing

As part of our work to support mental health organisations in Somerset, we are delighted to invite you to this monthly networking event.

These events provide a space for collaboration, learning, professional development and peer support. They are also an opportunity to connect with commissioners and decision makers and have a say on the things that matter to you, your organisation and the community.

This meeting will focus on what social prescribing is, and how you can use it to help those you work to support. We will hear from Chloe Forfitt from the Glastonbury Mental Health Network about her role as a Community Connector, and Jenny Hartnoll about her work with the National Academy for Social Prescribing and how she has developed social prescribing in the Mendip area.
